Souper Bowl of Caring

The Tweens and High School Sunday School classes will be doing the Souper Bowl of Caring collection again this year!

After worship service on Super Bowl Sunday, February 7th, 2016, members of the classes will be standing at each door with a soup pot. It is our job to fill those pots with whatever change, bills, or any other form of currency that you may have available.

Last year we raised over $1,300.00, and gave it to the Worcester County Food Bank. To do better than that this year, will be a genuine miracle. But one can always hope.

This year, whatever is collected will be divided between the Worcester County Food Bank and the Interfaith Hospitality Network, both of which do an outstanding job in missions, and both of which Oakdale UMC is already working with.
