COME TO THE BEACH PARTY

On September 20th, we are going to have a beach party at the church. It is rally day and we are celebrating. It begins with a pancake breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Sunday School Enrollment and Rally will start at 9:30 a.m. Worship will begin that Sunday at 10:45 a.m. I hear there may be a rumor of ice-cream sundaes for fellowship. All this is encompassed in a beach party theme. Don’t put away all those summer clothes. Come dressed as if you were going to the beach. There will be beach balls in Sunday School and Worship. And Philip Andrews will be providing special music on his steel drums. We are truly going to the beach. Come dressed for the beach and enjoy this special day.

Calling all Sunday School Children!! Are you ready for Sunday School ? OAKDALE UMC is ready for you all!

We invite all parents, children, members, and friends of OAKDALE (EVERYONE!) to join us for a fun and exciting Sunday School reopening / Rally Day on September 20, 2015.

Here is a brief outline of the day’s program:

8:30 - 9:30 Breakfast

9:30 - 10:30 Enrollment and Rally Day activities

10:45 - 11:45 Worship and Sunday School Staff Dedication Service

Sunday School is open to all ages: 3 years through 100!

We have an Adult Sunday Class as well!
